BULAT-32.3 is a static three-phase smart energy meter designed to measure active and reactive electric energy, electric energy quality (frequency deviation, steady-state voltage deviation) in power supply systems with a frequency of 50 Hz, in distribution and internal three-phase four-wire power supply systems (AC voltage current 0.23 / 0.4 kV), as well as for measuring AC voltage and frequency.
