Technical Assistance

Bulat provides its customers and partners with timely and professional support for equipment setup and operation.

The Bulat Service Centre offers the following main services:

  • Advice and assistance in deployment of network infrastructure
  • Project preparation and advice in building of networks
  • Joint testing of equipment
  • Training in installation and configuration of equipment


The Bulat Laboratory is equipped with modern diagnostic equipment, all necessary consumables and accessories—everything our engineers need for quick troubleshooting of software and hardware.

The following service plans are available for our customers *:

  • Round-the-clock service (24x7) - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. including weekends and holidays
  • Working hours service (8 x 5)—Monday to Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 07:00 p.m. (Moscow time), except for national holidays
  • If necessary, a special plan can be agreed to meet your individual needs
